If any item you receive is damaged please use the 'contact me' facility from this website to discuss a replacement / resolution.

A full refund will be provided to any goods returned to us, unopened in their original packaging and within 30 days. Shipping expenses, in both directions, are not refundable.

Privacy

The privacy of customer data, orders and credit cards are of paramount importance with all online shopping. There is absolutely no disclosure or selling of customer data to any third party for any reason. Email newsletters will only be sent if you explicitly opt in and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Credit card details are not stored anywhere on our system or premises. Your credit card details are processed in real time by an independent payment gateway, using secure encryption.

Delivery Times

Orders are processed normaly within 1 business day following payment.  We will send you an email notifying you when your order has been shipped. Please allow upto 3 business days for delivery of NZ orders and 10 business days for International orders.
